Following on from the footprints investigation, our Y7 pupils investigated their body numbers. Pupils had to measure different lengths of their body (e.g length from hip to foot) and divide one measurement into another. This lead into a discussion about the ‘golden ratio’. Pupils also discovered that if you multiply the length of your foot by 7, this should roughly work out to be your height. They were apply this to the footprints outside, to work out the height of the Easter Bunny!
