The rain did not stop our fun and learning today!!
The children explored the fantastic grounds of St Columba's looking for signs of Autumn and they were not disappointed!
We used our senses to explore the outdoors today. We developed our language by looking comparing the size and shape of Autumn objects. We talked about the colours that we could see and textures we could feel. We listened to the sounds we could hear and the smells that we got along the way. Tomorrow we are going to taste the apples we got from the tree!
