The class have been learning all about place value. In today’s lesson the children worked in pairs first to set up a number station, showing their chosen number using an abacus, base 10, as tens and units and as an expanded sum. Then, as individuals, they visited all of the number stations recording the number represented. Such an amazing job by everyone!
